In person office is located in beautiful Carlsbad Village on the corner of Laguna and Jefferson St. 5 blocks away from the beach (10 min walk), train station is 5 minutes away, and there is plenty of onsite parking available.

Online therapy is offered for individuals and couples living anywhere in California. Whether you live in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, or anywhere in between, I will be there for you.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. However, if your insurance plan covers ‘out-of-network providers’ they may reimburse you for part of my fee. I do offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to determine if your insurance provider will offer a partial reimbursement for out of network mental health services.

Cancelation Policy?

You will be charged the full fee for canceled or rescheduled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill under federal law. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
