I’m Christina.
I am highly empathic to people’s lived experiences. As an embodied thinker, feeler, and mover, I lead my clients to those “a-ha” moments when they need them most.
My work with couples and individuals is informed by my training in psychodynamic, attachment theory, depth psychology, Brainspotting, inner child and parts work. I approach each client through a cross cultural lens and perspective. I was born and raised in Morocco and have since lived in Spain, Massachusetts, and finally, made California my home in 2009. I am familiar with the anxieties and unsettled experiences of uprooting from what was once a known land and place of belonging,
My Approach
In my free time I love to garden, be at home with my family, explore new nature trails or beach spots. I love to spend 1:1 time with close friends and host large gatherings with family. I experience a lot of joy when I am moving or take a movement class. Most evenings you will find me watching a stand-up comedy special or any psychological thrillers with my partner.
